Taxes
There will be a 9.75% state sales tax for shipping destinations in California. All other destination states within the USA are tax free.
Return Policy on products
All our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return any item for a full credit or refund of the purchase price. Please note that these items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded.
General Shipping Information
Our shipping is calculated based on weight, size, and destination. The heavier your order, the higher your shipping cost will be. Our shipments originate in California. The farther away from California you are, the higher your shipping cost will be. We use the carrier’s shipping rate for the shipping method that you select. Most orders require 2-3 days to process before shipment. These delivery times do NOT include the 2-3 business days required for us to process your order.

1. Place at least $50 of products in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
4. Select "USPS Parcel post: 7-10 Days" as your shipping preference.

Free Shipping - The Fine Print
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
Applies only to orders with at least $50 of qualifying merchandise, excluding taxes.
Applies to U.S. delivery addresses only. Alaska and Hawaii destinations can takes up to 21 days for US Parcel Post delivery.
Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
Weekend delivery cannot be requested.
Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $50.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS services are very reliable, offer detailed tracking information, and guarantee delivery. We offer standard UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
UPS services are not available for APO/FPO orders.
UPS does NOT deliver to United States Post Office Boxes; a physical street address must be specified.
UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday at the quoted rates.
Please consider this when selecting a shipping method. In some cases, Saturday delivery is available at a higher cost.

USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail
Most orders are delivered within 2-10 days FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT (depending on location and excluding Sunday delivery).
This delivery time DOES NOT INCLUDE the 2-3 business days required for us to process your order.
APO/FPO destinations may take longer.
Tracking is not available on orders shipped via a USPS shipping method.
USPS Priority Mail is available to ship packages up to 70 pounds; it should not be considered an expedited shipping method.
USPS First Class Mail is available as a less expensive option for packages 13 ounces or less.
Post Office Boxes
If you intend to ship to a US Post Office Box, only USPS shipping options (First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package weight) will be available for you to select on the final checkout page.
If you prefer to ship your order via UPS (United Parcel Service), you MUST enter a physical street address to which your package can be delivered.
UPS does NOT deliver to United States Post Office Boxes.
APO/FPO Orders
Packages weighing 13 ounces or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Packages heavier than 13 ounces are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
UPS Services are not available for APO/FPO orders. ORM-D designated products may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses (read more).
Products designated as Restricted may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses (read more).
Tracking is not available for orders shipped via a USPS service.
ORM-D Products
Our Nad's Ingrow Solution and Nad's for Men Ingrow Solution are designated as ORM-D Consumer Commodities. ORM-D stands for Other Regulated Materials, Domestic. It is a designation assigned by the U.S. Department of Transportation to denote a small amount of material that can be considered a hazardous substance, but packaged in a form intended or suitable for retail sale. ORM-D products must be shipped via a ground method of transportation. Therefore, orders containing ORM-D products must be shipped via UPS Ground; and we limit their sale to the 48 contiguous United States.
International Orders
We do not ship to international destinations. If you are outside of the United States of America, please contact our home office in Australia for options of ordering to an international destination. The Australian office for Nads can be reached via email at info@nads.com.au.
